Blender 3D model of flip-flops

I need a Blender 3D model of a pair of flip-flops. The model needs to have the front and back of the flip-flop mapped to a sample image. We need to be able to change that image in order to render different flip-flop models. The model needs to have the seams correctly marked with the UV editor.
