Head of Global Resourcing Strategy Project for French Software House, (1600 employees 16 countries)

- designed and delivered resourcing and training strategy for a Glasgow based high tech Engineering business to talent stream very rare skill sets
- designed and delivered resourcing strategy for Newcastle based Market research business, rare skill sets
