Create python script to download / upload files using ftps Implicit SSL/TLS

I need a python library to access a server via FTPS using Implicit SSL/TLS. I need it to have 2 functions: 1) download_files(remote_dir, local_dir) - download all files from a remote dir to a given local directory (if not already there) 2) upload_file(file, remote_dir) - upload a local file to a remote dir Winning bidder will be given hostname, username, password if needed for verification. I have gotten this to work with FileZilla but need a python lib.
