Hi. I have experience in Python programming (both scripting and GUI based). I recently completed a GUI based project on freelancer for plotting live weather data (Python+Matplotlib+Tkinter). Apart from this as related to my job I'm developing automation tools and other features using python. I don't see much trouble with the requirements. I search recursively for text files utilizing python 'os' library. If you want a simple GUI, that also can be provided.
