I am a software engineer with experience in networking and wifi. I have done 2 projects for captive portal- 1 using m0nowall and other using openwrt. I have good knowledge about openradius servers and has used it with openwrt. I have worked with other Radius servers also. I can give the correct bid after knowing more about the work

Hello, Based on your low budget it may be easier to start with a pre existing product, daloRadius which is a PHP based FreeRADIUS admin console. This would be an installation of the daloRadius software it's prerequisites to make it accessible and a run through of administration tasks This would be required to be installed and run on the server you have FreeRADIUS on. From that as a base you may be able to look at extending it to manage properties of the captive portal in future work. Cheers, Matt
