Descriptive statistics in Python/R/Haskell

I have a dataset (N=1257) which I required a person familiar with basic statistics and either R, Python or Haskell to calculate summary statistics and variance (rank-sum) tests between groups. The final product should be a script. I require the data to be grouped by the variables: groupby: 'IPO_success' (binary) groupby: 'industry_FF12' (12 categories) groupby: 'JOBS_EGC_dummy' (binary) And descriptive statistics and rank-sum tests (Wilcoxon/Kruskall-Wallis) for the variables: 3month_IPO_volume 1257 non-null values 3month_indust_rets 1257 non-null values 3month_withdrawn 1257 non-null values 5month_IPO_volume 1257 non-null values 5month_indust_rets 1257 non-null values 5month_withdrawn 1257 non-null values time_to_ipo_or_RW 1257 non-null values lead_underwriter_rank 1257 non-null values aggregate_offering_proceeds 1257 non-null values The data will be provided to the awarded candidate.
