Advanced Article Spinning For Existing Articles

I need someone who is strong and fluent in English to hand spin 10 existing articles of about 450 words each to 80% uniqueness using something like the best spinner. I already have the articles and simply need some advanced rewriting to be able to post spun versions of this article that pass the panda changes on Google. The article output must be completely readable in English. I also require html spinning so the articles look like they were written by different people. Articles should possess the following properties - Hand spun to 70-90% uniqueness passing copyscape, dupecope, or any similar other tools. - Output readable to a human being. No spintax jibberish! I will not pay for something that is unreadable. - Use some optional sentences by utilizing {sentence.|} to vary the sentence count of the output articles. - Vary paragraph count by using {<br><br>|} before sentences within paragraphs. - Spin html within so that sometimes html is used and not as per the article ex {<br><br><h2>title</h2><br><br>} or {<br><br><b>title</b><br><br>} or {<br><br><u>title</u><br><br>} or {<i>italic text</i>|regular text} or {<li>point1</li><li>point2</li>|regular text with no list}. Various HTML spins within the article so Google thinks they are written by other people. I would like the candidate to do the same with some images I will host at various sites as well. The more html spinning the better since this helps make each post look unique to the search engines. The results should be human readable articles that are unique and have varying html formatting.
