We are actively looking to hire a Business Analyst who has a background working on business process and system deployment. You will be part of the project team gathering business requirements from the client and communicating those requirements to our design team.
A key objective of the projects is to gather key data from the client in relation to services they provide and steer them to building better business practices.
The Business Analyst will be involved in the following key activities:
• Gathering business requirements from Stakeholders within the business
• Running workshops
• Tailoring business practices for continual improvement
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• Extensive demonstrated experience and relevant qualifications as a Business Analyst ideally in Point of Sale or Financial projects.
• Demonstrated experience in soliciting and documenting complex and disparate business processes into comprehensive and logical forms.
• Experience collecting and analysing data
• Superior oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution and consultation skills.
