Create functional testing scripts in SOAPUI for Flash / Flex Application

We're evaluating web service testing tools. We have created an OpenLaszlo application (similar to Flex / Flash) that calls REST based web services that return XML.

We're currently evaluating SoapUI but have little automated testing experience.

We're looking to develop a few sample test scripts in SoapUI to test the web service calls made by our OpenLaszlo application.

Your responsiblity will be to:

Login into our production application

Use SoapUI to capture the web service URL's

create test cases for 5 web service calls

Create check conditions to look for

HTTP Error Responses

Error messages returned in the XML

Check for specific responses

Upon completion you will deliver a completed SoapUI project and a brief instructional guide (written or Jing / Camtaisia Video) on how you created the project

In the future this may be an opportunity to create test scripts for our application on a continual basis.
