I hold a Masters degree in Product Design Engineering and have several years experience designing consumer products within the telephone entry kiosk industry. I am also a certified SolidWorks Professional, which demonstrates my high level of competence in using 3D modelling software, in turn allowing me to complete work quickly and accurately. I also have experience in manufacturing my designs using Metal and plastics. Based on the information you provided I would split the work into several stages: 1. Initial concepts. This would be a more detailed discussion with you to determine the full project scope and how the product is anticipated to work, your preferences for usability and interaction and overall style. I would then create a few simple drawings or rendering, depending on time limit/complexity for you to review and discuss to determine a direction. 2. Model creation. This would be a full model of the concept with all manufacturing details. several renderings and detail images will be provided to you to review and determine any changes. 3. Creation of manufacture ready files, drawings and documents as needed. This is likely to include any .stl files for 3d print prototyping of plastic parts, in addition to CAD (.dwg) assembly drawings, individual part manufacturing drawings (.dwg/.dxf)and component specification documents ( if required). 4. follow on work- If needed I am able to help support your project as you move through prototyping and manufacturing
