Design me a Product

I need someone who is competent in ASME VIII.

I will need some examples of previous work.

I am looking for a professional to verify some work I am designing. who will do the calculations in MATHCAD or excel.

I will own all intellectual property and a non disclosure/ copyright type agreement needs to be signed.

Pricing cab be negotiated for the right qualifications.
