It get blurred because the quality format of PPT. You can set the output parameter before exporting.

whenever you convert a file from powerpoint to PDF, avoid decreasing the pixel settings. if possible enhance the pixel settings through PDF professional. usually people tend to change the PDF settings in order to reduce the file size, thats when the text gets blurred.

why not try converting the ppt to word first, then converting the result to pdf? the images themselves might also be saved in jpeg format,reinserted into the word document, before converting them to pdf, if converting directly to pdf is troublesome.
