Design & Template Creation for an online Newsletter

We use an online programme called campaign monitor to send out our newsletters, each week we enter the URL for our newsletter and it imports it but that is an expensive way of doing it.
Campaign monitor allows you to add your own template or to use one of their templates in the gallery, I'd like to create our own and I need someone who can then integrate so that each week I can go in and drop in the content before hitting send.

We'd like to update it slightly as they won't offer quite as much content and we need a stylish template that is easy to use.
I need a strong designer that has the ability to integrate the designs into Campaign Monitor, I'd be grateful for examples of newsletters you have designed before, or web work you have completed. Please don't just cut and paste your skills, and don't bombard me with links, choose your best five pieces of work.
