Your project looks very fun and easy to work on it. I do 2D animation, I draw on paper and on the tablet. I have been using AE since version 1.0. Currently my site is under construction but I've many years experience using After Effects and creating motion graphics. My work experience spans 25 years which includes a fair amount of teaching. If it would be helpful to you I'll be happy to do a portion of the project as a pro bono proof of concept. I'd very much like an opportunity to discuss this project with you to further underscore my competency. My time as a VFX artist at Banned From the Ranch in Santa Monica was 80% AE work and 20% 3d animation. While with them I worked on Titanic, Dr Doolittle, a few commercials for Nissan, a film called Deep Rising and a film called Metal Fighter. Recently I completed a project for Loctite adhesives which I'll be happy to share. Ping golf has been my largest client over the past 6+ years, I've created all of their mobile apps, redesigned the UI for their fitting software and my team designed and built their training package called Pingology...
