Artwork images staging

We are an online E-commerce platform (contemporary abstract art). We process many artwork images, which we receive from artists. Each photo needs to be improved, optimized for the web, and each artwork is displayed: - on its own, just on a transparent background and usually with a slight shadow at the bottom. - and in an original background (selected from c. 40 different backgrounds) to give a better sense of proportions and how it looks like in a real environment. We will have approx. 300/400 pictures of artwork to process in the coming 2/3 months. We are looking for a Photoshop specialist to help us with the production of these images: The work that we request is similar to the below test (but is actually much simpler). We will give you more details if the below test is conclusive: No answer will be given to your proposal unless the below test is taken and successful. Also, we are looking for someone available and committed for the long term. NOT someone who is doing this after his day job to make a few additional bucks during his spare time! Please see three files attached: File 1: photo of an artwork (PLEASE NOTE that the REAL size of the artwork is 740x1360mm). File 2: Photo of a background image File 3: Pdf of background image with important PROPORTION information Please note that, unless the PROPORTIONS and PERSPECTIVE of your test are perfect, we will not work with you... We know that this may seem basic for someone experienced in these matter, but we have been struggling historically to find people understanding our requirements. Work 1 (Using File 1 only) Using File 1 attached, please improve the image if necessary, deep etch the artwork, put it on a transparent background with a slight shadow at the bottom Please deliver the result as a png file (to keep the transparency), optimized for the web. Work 2 (using Work 1, File 2, and IMPORTANT instructions on file 3): Please insert the artwork in Work 1 into the background on the wall over the bed in File 2 (remove the black frame before, of course), keeping the proportions and perspective right). We leave it to you to decide to add frames/shadows/ adjust lightning /improve images etc to make it look as natural and realistic as possible. If you add a frame, please do not crop the artwork. Please deliver the result as a jpg file, optimized for the web. As stated before, our real images are usually much simpler to process (most backgrounds are much simpler, flat (no perspective), without any object to remove, and artworks usually have more regular edges), but of course for this test we have selected a more complex work... Please provide us with the result of the test together with your proposal - which should be a price ($) per artwork processed. Thanks CT
