Albert Basin Park Project - 2d Plan/ 3d Model

'The Albert Basin Park Project' is looking for your services. Could you provide a quote for the following. We are campaigning for City Centre Park in the Centre of the Irish City of Newry. We need a plan, working 3d sketch up model and a series of renders to help with the campaign marketing effort. Here is the website explaining the project; [login to view URL] I have uploaded all files required. I have prepared a basic labelled plan sketch of the site as well as an isometric. I have also produced a basic 2d Sketch Up Model of Site (with and without city) as well simple autocad plan to begin from so as to save you time. Please review the files. PS. I will provide Sketch Up Files for Benches/Trees/ Lights/Etc however I will only provide photos for types of bridges/ handrailings/ sample buildings required. The Albert Basin Project is requiring the following. 1x Complete 3D Sketch Up Model of Park Project. (CLEAN AND LAYERED) 1x 2D Labelled AutoCAD Plan of Site (CLEAN AND LAYERED) 1x Extremely High Resolution Render of Park (A0) in Context (as per Drone site Photograph) 12 x High Resolution (A3) Rendered Scenes of the Park (skatepark, outdoor gym, play park, marina pontoon, tree trail, event space, pond area, entrance way, cafe area, paths fishing area, opening canal bridge, fixed pedestrian bridge) *ALL PRODUCED WORK WILL NEED TO BE CLEAN AND IN SIMPLE LAYERS TO ALLOW FOR FUTURE USE AND ADAPTATION. WORK WILL NEED TO PRODUCED IN THREE WEEK PERIOD (PRIOR TO JAN 9TH)
