clipping pictures

We are a french company specialised in clipping photo. We would like to outsource most of them. We have stricts rules that must be followed in order to have the same quality of work from each of our designers. We have several clients and regular orders coming from them, with different volume of pictures to clip. It can be 5 pictures to clip, but we can also have 500 pics to clip in 24h. Some of these pictures have a very low complexity, and can be clipped with the magic wond tool, so the bid will be very low (around $0,10), but some others have to be clipped with the pen tool, the client needs a very high quality so the bid will be higher (around $0,80/pic). We are looking for people confidence, in order to build long term relationship. As we're recieving daily more orders from our client, and we are winning new clients, the volume of pictures is becoming quite important. What we are expecting from people : availability (you have to be connected on gtalk, skype, or whatever while working for us) professionalism, serious long term : if you're looking for a one shot, this job is not for you We can't afford a designer to be late for some reasons, so if you you are facing some difficulties, please tell us, and you will pass on this project, but you won't loose us for the next projects. We have heard a lot of excuses from designer form beeing late or for job canceled...storm, sickness, we even had a designer, his mom died 3 times in 3 different ways, on the same week...so just be honest with us and that would be fine. The first order we'll work on together will be a test, if you miss it, there won't be another second opportunity. Once your selected for a project, we will give the instructions to upload the photos. We will also give a rythm of upload...for example, if we give you 100 photos, we can ask to upload every 10 pictures. You will have to tell us how many hours you can work on for us per day.
