Create Character Art Based on Movie in Illustrator

We manage a very popular children's property and are looking to refresh our style guide of art. We need someone who can create new character sketches (THAT MATCHES OUR CURRENT STLYE OF ART - see attachment), new patterns and backgrounds and various other artistic tasks.
We will provide either a screen shot from the film for you to render as an illustration, or other instruction for each image to be done. We would want 3-5 images done a week (including revisions).
I have posted this project as a "small project", but we will PAY PER ILLUSTRATION (once complete, you get payment) and there is no reason why this project can't continue on for months/years.
Illustrators who are qualified for this job (you MUST HAVE A PORTFOLIO of work that we can see). PLEASE BID PER ILLUSTRATION, thus, something similar to X dollars per illustration. Those who do not bid per illustration will NOT BE RESPONDED TO.
PLEASE do not bid for this project if illustration is not your area of expertise. If web programming, databasases, etc. is what you do, then we will not consider you for this job. We need an artist/illustrator.
We have a very tight budget, so please bid accordingly.
