Custom Toolbar for browsers

I need a program that will install as a toolbar in the browsers ie, firefox and etc. The program will takes keyword list and deep link list and creates mutliple relivent taglines with the link text. toolbar to put the tags into blogs or such with a click counter to tell the times each one has been done this day, week, month (exportable and email or downloadable for assitants) template 2 - installs as a cookie? and automatically post on every blog page you visit and rotates works as a "whore train" cookie on myspace and such cookie install able on multiple machines for that asstant on myspace additional ideas post to a blog checks back to see see if posted, and time elapsed if links are no followed template 2: inputs keywords and every (monday or whenever) put out a new list to you automatically 1 article every 3 month for a year - free professional keyword article on your site craigs list submitter I am excited about this idea so I am sorry if my ideas are hard to understand ....email me and I will explain further.
