I have a Unitronics Jazz PLC that needs adjustment to the functionality. It is controlling a simple motor controller and monitoring three pulsed lines that indicate movement of the motor. Currently it watches these lines to see how long it takes for the valve to open or close, it indicates a passing or failing valve based on on this time. I need this functionality added:
1. Pass/Fail criteria based on number of pulses that come back on ONE of the hall effect lines (Max and Min)
2. Add a menu to select what set of pass/fail criteria is being used by SKU number, just add three SKUs, I will add the rest (there are 20 now!)
3. Add a durability testing functionality, open and close the valve N times, display the cycle count
