Create wordpress theme to match existing site

I am developing a site based off a template monster template. You can see the main page at [login to view URL] (only the main page is live) I want my blog pages to match the look and feel of the rest of the site. I already have wordpress 2.2 installed. I just need a theme created based off my existing design. I don't have it online, but I also have a template page with the tan content box on the right side. I provide: Legally purchased template and images You provide: A wordpress theme. The theme should be cross-browser compatible and ready for widgets. My existing design is table-based. If you want to convert to CSS layout, that's your choice. It should be a fairly easy project for a wordpress pro. I have seen similar project awarded on this site in the $30-$50 range.
