Convert phpbb to Vbulletin

I have a Forum which is old, installed by me with Phpbb It has 1000+ members I need someone to convert it for me to Vbulletin , it will be provided by me (Installation s/w) I want you to have the tools and impex etc needed to convert the database from Phpbb to Vbulletin All you need to do is install Vbulletin and import the database for me from Phpbb, When I say import database means the exsiting users must be able to log in to vbulletin using same username / password I dont want you to copy post/threads which I will do on my own So bid between 20$ to 40$ max. for converting phpbb to vbulletin for installation and successful database import/setup for exisiting users if you cannot fit my budget then please donot bid , Thanks ! it is for serious bidders only !
