Clone of QueueMetrics - Only for Asterisk experts with strong knowledge of programming and quality/good referencer freelances

I want to do a clone of QueueMetrics (see [login to view URL] ) I do not care if program is done on PHP or Java as far I got a quality program that can be used to evaluate all the metrics needed on a callcenter. All the fautures of queuemetrics should be included Similiarle to Queuemetrics, program must use "language" files on order to be multilingual. I need people with experience on Asterisk and CallCenters, so they understand what kind of metrics CallCenters needs to evaluate SLA and agent activity, and can help me to do future improvements. I would also look to have all the funtionality that QueueMetrics have, but having also a better UI, similiarly to the one of AsteriskGuru Queue Statistics (see [login to view URL]). Note that althouht I look the appareance and graphics of this last applicattion, I prefer to have the funtionality and options of QueueMetrics, including agents login, times report, more metrics, wallboards, etc... I have very bad experiences with poor quality developments done by other freelancers, so I only would pay when proyect is finished and source code correclty documented. I would also ask for experience on project involving this technologies (Callcenters,Asterisk, PHP or java, etc...)
