Hello all :) Looking for a great programming company to build a cash back shopping website similar to eBates.com. The entire design is already done and will be provided to you with all HTML, CSS, images, etc. MUST have advanced experience with these 2 things: 1) 3rd paty Affiliates CommissionJunction, Linkshare and Google Affiliate Network - We will populate our website using these 3 companies. Must be able to use their technology to track sales and commissions so we pay our customer the proper cash back amount. 2) Paypal Mass Payments - We will pay our customers their cash back rebates via Paypal and check. Sending approx 10,000 payments at a time so you must have experience in this. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN THIS! We are not interested in being your test case! Thank you, Rob
