Hi and thanks for viewing my project spec. before i describe the project i'd like to stipulate some criteria for bidding.. - i require providers to speak fluent english and to be willing to communicate on a daily basis, if needs be, throughout the development phase of the project. please DONT BID if you are not happy or comfortable with this. - i require excellence so only providers with a proven track record (feedback history and portfolio to match) need bid - provider must keep to schedule set - professionalism - courteous, friendly and flexible professionals only! i don't want to have to wrestle with my developer to get what i'm after.. - i want to be able to track progress through access of the providers development server (from day 1) thank you for your consideration with these.. ok onto the project. i'm looking at building a website that looks and functions in a similar way to ifreelance.com. the site will be built with php and mysql/postgresql. there are additional functions to what you see in ifreelance however they are not major... main functions.. - post and bid for projects - direct booking of providers through pm function - quote and accept quote function for providers - provider profile creation - member admin area - webmaster admin site for administrating the site. the webmaster site will allow me to generate different set of stats, handle account and transaction queries and issues and a few other minor functions and change content on the site, support ticket creation and tracking system. (full set of functions can be supplied on demand) minor functions include but not limited to: - search functions - feedback and rating systems - ranking member system - portfolios - sms integration into the booking and enquiry service (sms api will be supplied. provider must integrate it into the website as required) - paypal integration - etc site design: i have complete set of mockups for the whole site. no designing required. there are however a few small things i'd like winning provider to supply : icons, some flash buttons, and to optomise the index page image for fast loading... deliverables: i require all assets, code and documentation to be delivered to me on completion. i will then be the sole owner of these materials. i require the provider to install and ensure site is working properly on the hosting server. i also need documentations and if neccessary support for installing the site on my office machines. look forward to hearing from you!
