Basic CMS - PHP / MySQL/Javascript coding

Hello, I am looking for a skilled and experienced programmer to develop a comprehensive Website Content Management script in PHP/MySQL and Javascript. The script will basically manage the page objects, pages (in categories), a simple photo gallery and a straight forward guestbook. Most importantly, I need the script data to be adaptable to html templates, so that I can customise the layout of the page. I will provide all the layout graphics, HTML files, detailed instructions and example pages generated by the CMS. NO DESIGN and NO INSTALLATION is required.
