directory mobile application

I need an application for ios and android. It is a country directory, with categories, to display on a google map of the country the location of shops, about us, contact info. we should be able to add new categories, new places easily from online backend. the user should be able to search for shops by: city, category the results should display as a google map of the city with all the stores each shop if clicked will display a small info window: name, logo, one image, contact info, tel, keywords. we will need to be able to send push notifications to all those who download the application to inform them about special offers, again this should be done from online. the developer should provide the design with nice graphics and simple navigation. the application should be updated from a website backend (which u need to create) admin functionality should be part of the project. the backend should be developed in php / mysql server. we have the hosting account, with options to add, edit, del, expire, reactivate, renew an entry. Expiry date for all entries which we control from the backend. all listed places should expire automatically, unless renewed by admin. You must have min 2 years experience, must have developed an application that reads from database. Bidders should give links to applications developed by them in apple store and Goggle play for us to download and check your work. If you are a beginner, please do not apply.
