Board Game for iPhone, iPad, Android and PC

We are planning to develop a board game that has the following characteristics: • It consists of four players, (no more no less) and they forms two teams. • They play with 32-cards with certain rules that will be explained later. • Every team will have a score by end of the game; the scores will be calculated cumulatively. • The team who’s scoring 152 (cumulatively) will be the winner of the game. Project Requirements: • To facilitate this game online, by allowing the players to create their accounts or play as guests. • Allow the player to play with computer (some intelligence is needed). ( in case of unavailability of online players) • Allow the players to chat together during the game. • Supporting the Arabic Language, (can be arranged with other developers) We need to have the quotas for this project divided on three phases (quota for each phase) Phase 1 Develop an Iphone and IPad app Phase 2 Develop a Website Phase 3 Develop an android app The detailed requirements will be discussed with the developers after the initial agreement.
