Customiable brochure application

client is seeking the development of a brochure editing .swf see example: [login to view URL] The application will have all functions of the example, along with template upload, microsoft word type text editing and the ability to print hi res PDF. The client would like the entry page to show thumbnails of all pages that can be edited, they would also like for each page that has been edited to be saveable individualy then also published with the entire brochure or catalog..... we invisage that the average catalog would be 20 pages and that there would be two types of template, one that images would be imported underneath the background and show through transparencies and the other were the image is imported as the top layer. We would be happy for the coder to use a third party application for the production of the high res commercial print ready PDF files, providing that this is at no cost to the client and that it does not infringe on any copyrite laws. All art will be supplied to the developers specification(s) email for further details if required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform *nix enviroment, developed in flash or equivelant.
