Creative Designer Needed for a 1 PAGE DESIGN! MANY MORE PROJECTS IF YOU'RE GOOD!!

I work with a company and we have a large project coming up and I'm taking this time to interview each one of you. I have a simple project here that should take an experienced coder no more than 1 hour to complete. Your task is simple- follow the design on this powerpoint to create the FRONT END DESIGN ONLY (using HTML, CSS, and javascript) (ie. NO BACK END OR CODING) and add you're creativity that you know will work in the newer market of websites. I don't want to tell you exactly what I want, but those requirements must be met on the site. View the slideshow to get an idea of how it will work. The coding for the pictures can be completed once I accept your initial design and we can proceed with the larger project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Follow this layout in wording ONLY! You can change the format and you can change whatever else you see to impress me. I don't want ANY coding. If you're design is the best, you'll get paid, and on top of that, you'll also have a chance for a much bigger project. You can send me a PSD or something so you know I'm not cheating you. The testimonials on the second page of the powerpoint will run right before the pictures of the house during the powerpoint.
