Create html template + xml file for a minisite to read its content from the xml file

I am currently having a 1-page minisite and I am in the process of building 40 others for which I want the exact same layout. For future flexibility I want to separate the content from the layout, and have each separate section of the page to be a field in an xml file. ? You will have to: ? 1. Create html template based on given one page minisite [login to view URL] and on the section description enclosed. ? I enclose the html that needs to be modified (center section of the page). I enclose a description of the sections that each correspond to one field of the xml file. ? 2. Have all content from 40 word documents that I will provide copy-pasted into the xml format created. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
