Convert XSLT 1.0 to 2.0

Create an XSLT 2.0 stylesheet that uses the easier "2.0" method of doing grouping to reproduce the same output of departments_1.xsl. ** Notes** I need this to be delivered no later than **10pm** tonight, July 21st. For each course, display the department, course group, course number (integer and character), title, term, and instructors. Your document should have a table of contents of departments that links to an internal anchor. You should use xsl:key to define a key that you will use to help perform this grouping. The departments should be sorted alphabetically by department short_name.
