Convert PNG to Wordpress Theme

You are converting our PNG Image file to a Wordpress Theme. The PNG file is layered, and the individual elements are easily extracted and editable. I have attached a screenshot of the PNG. The website should sit center on the screen. It should appear correct in all web browsers and all screen resolutions. Top navigation bar: There are 5 Buttons. We would like each to have an "active" state -- so when you are viewing the individual page, the cooresponding button is highlighted in orange. The buttons should also have a mouseover effect. The heart that says "Donate Here", should appear on all pages and should be clickable. Front Page: On the LEFT side, where it says "For Students" and "Join Mailing List" -- this will be the homepage widget sidebar. On Sub-Pages: We'd like to move the widget sidebar to the RIGHT side on all subpages. It should be Printer Friendly. If someone clicks "Print" in their browser the green background should not print -- just the content. CSS Stylesheet should be created so that the text formatting in the content area is maintained when in Wordpress. Coding should be valid xhtml compliant, and images properly optimized. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Wordpress.
