Complete specs on existing PHP site

**Warning** The project is for an adult oriented website. I have an unfinished site and need a fast and efficient PHP coder to complete the project. The live site can be found at gotdong.com. Gotdong is a site that displays links to various sites, via specific linking codes found in my Content Management System (CMS). The site is written in PHP and uses one style sheet. It is important to use strict xhtml and CSS along with PHP. The project is made up of two pages: 1) [login to view URL]: this is a dynamic page whose content comes from an existing database. The presentation of this page already exists. I need a coder to fix some remaining bugs and add some additional functions. (refer to attached specs and image) 2) admin page: While the database that populates [login to view URL] already exists, I need an additional page created in an existing CMS to administer what content is displayed on this site. My existing CMS contains the needed to populate index.php. However, I need an additional page within my CMS for the sole purpose of determining what links will be displayed. (refer to attached specs and image) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
