Community Calendar

A Music Community calendar which will be hosted on a main website. The calendar should be searchable by and/or date, genre, miles from zipcode, etc. Venues and Band must log on and become members. Their membership form should include all their important information (form fields will be supplied to the coder) their information which is saved into a venue table and a band table respectivly in the database. The venue and bands would enter their gig information into the calendar table of the database and it would show up in the main calendar on the master website page. THe calandar would alert any band and/or venue of duplicate booking events at entry to prevent double entries. The calendar entry form would have band/venue information automatically set (depending on who is logged in) and all other information available as drop down list, with an add new venue/Band option to add venues who are not members. The Front calendar entry will have a single line entry Ie: Band at Venue at time which is clickable to open a window with Band/website Venue, address, phone, website, email, etc. Each band name and the venue name clickable link for the extended information for the band and venue on each entry. Each member(venue/band) that logs on will also be able to generate code which they can add to their own websites and would display only their events/gigs in a choosable Day/Week/Month Calendar. The database will also be available to members for booking help. IE bands can search database of venues .. and venues can search database of bands. There should be an adminstrative login to facilitate any maintenance of the calendar as well as interface options that can be configured by the owner/admin. (IE Color/look/etc Options to be discussed) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All web browsers
