Code PSD and AJAX / ASP work

Hello, We need a coder to do the following work: 1) Code a PSD design, it's actually just a screen with a box where people will select a province/region. I've attached the PSD for reference. It needs to be fully cross-browser compatible and fully XHTML 1.0 Strict valid. 2) Using ASP we'll check if a cookie has been set when the user visits the site, if not then this screen should be displayed. 3) Make the image on the left in the PSD dynamic so when a user selects a province/territory the province/territory is highlighted on the map. Once that is done we have a database with regions and cities in 2 tables. We need it so that when a user clicks on one of the provinces/territories that a list of regions appears instead of the provinces. Then when they click on a region a list of cities appear. We can help with the database queries and all the ASP work but we're not familiar with how the AJAX works. We'll need someone to code the PSD and help with the AJAX as per the requirements.
