Business Directory + CSS Web Design + RSS

I am looking for a very simple and easily administrated CSS web design that I can have a business directory of which members post profiles of the business, buy & sell area, ad management area. I would be willing to look at pre-designed scripts that can be customized for an Open Source Web Template. I would like to include advertising in many areas of the design. I also want to include an area for Basic,Premium and Featured members areas of the site. I would like a rating system for a member. I also want a classified ads section of the site. All pages must integrate with a design flawlessly. If it is a CMS system, I want an easy one. I repeat easy one!!!! I will not consider any of the following open source applications: Joomla-Drupal-Xoops-Mambo etc. They are far to hard to administer. I am looking for and extremely easy CMS or Script. I like CSS designs as they are easily edited for colors, fonts etc. I would like a nice header or logo with a design of a vegetable & fruit market or farmers market etc. I would like the have an RSS creator in place so that I can submit the feed to search engines for SEO. I want all buy and sell posts to be in an RSS feed. I have seen numerous web designs from [login to view URL] that I like that can be modified for the site portion. I use mainly Microsoft Frontpage for editing the site so I would like this to be easily integrated for editing. The logo should be made in a PSD/PNG/EPS file. I want the Business Directory to have a lot of features. When bidding on this project please remember I will ignore any bid from designers that have a "Canned" response. I prefer someone who I can have phone contact with. I have (2) projects available. I also like a place where I can place content regarding news etc, maybe parse RSS feeds from news sources.
