Auction Website

Need someone to develop an auction platform similar to eBay with a few features taken from other sites. Familiarity with front- to back-end processes are critical, such as all user and administrator functions, payment processing (CC , PayPal,otheres ) and database integration. Graphic design is our concern as well, but user interface must be simple and maneuverable. Specific functionalities we are looking for include: Features: [login to view URL] registration and account verification.(login with new register and facebook login) [login to view URL] section in the standard auction format. 3. Full Auto bid system - the ability for users to place their bids automatically. 4. Security must be flawless as well, so no chance of users’ payment information or the sites database being hacked. install SSL on website, all info, passwords have to be encrypted 5. Additional sections for buying and selling cards, similar to Buy It Now on eBay. 6. General pages such as terms and conditions, about, FAQ should be content pages added and edited from admin with a text editor. 7. a help section with several topics added from admin with text editor [login to view URL] ability for members to login, update their account, purchase more bids and pay for their won auctions. These are all in additional to the general user/administrator functions. Two additional features we are looking for are a script that runs a quibids/pay-per-bid style auction as well as an action script for a waiting list system that can be used on our site. Familiarity and experience with these scripts is very important. These are the basic functions we need for our start, with additional features potentially to be added on. Hence, this is a long-term project and we are seeking someone who is able to provide further services from time to time.
