add page creation functionality to BreezingForms WP plugin

The task is to add a WordPress page creation functionality to Breezing Forms plugin. This means - in admin panel, in BreezingForms in "form page properties" to add settings that will allow BreezingForms to automatically create certain WP page(s) and/or post(s) based on the data filed by users via the user side interface of the forms. BreezingForms would show admin a list of variables to choose from (specific form data fields + regular WP variables), and will allow to enter the following settings in FORM PAGE PROPERTIES: Create: page / post based on template ________ (template dropdown) Page/Post URL structure (variables based): _______________________ (Example: /%form-field-X%/[login to view URL]) If category ____________ doesn't exist in WP, create it? YES / NO Page/Post meta tags structure: Title_________________________________________________________ Keywords____________________________________________________ Description___________________________________________________ Publish immediately / Send to admin for approval ----------------- URGENT!!
