Directory Development - Private Project for ieight

I want to develop my wordpress blog to incorporate a restaurant directory on each category page with an advanced search tool. This would include developing the backend admin section to add/edit/update each listing, creating the database and advanced search tool to filter the results. Database Details - Restaurant Name - Restaurant Image - Date Created - Date Modified - Restauarant Type - Address - Telephone Number - Email Address - Website - Description - Google Map - Cost - Review - Special Deal - Start Date/End Date Advanced Search will enable users to search by filtering the results using the following: - Name - Region - Type - Cost I would want these results to show automatically on each category page with the option of filtering the results. For example all chinese restuarnats in the database will be shown in the chinese category page and all japanese restaurants should be shown in the japanese restuarants category. I have a basic knowledge and understanding of PHP and I am open to ideas and suggestions of best ways of implementation and interested in using an AJAX search, depending on the cost of development.
