Detect and clean up malicious files in Wordpress site

Existing website was attacked by hackers. I have details from the hosting company about the files they have detected with effected code. However a complete scan should be done to ensure their are no other problems. I have a recent backup of the site, so it is also an option to install the backup, but not sure if the backup has issues. Need work completed today please. Must be efficient and trustworthy. Good communication and English Language a must.
