Hi,
This is the list of the job to be done:
1) All headings should be the same size as heading 3 and bold.
2) Hyperlinked text should change to orange or similar color.
3) Reduce text size of the menu items.
4) Organize sub-menus of Tours in two columns in which an arrow sign (>) points to a sub-sub-menu of “Extended Tours in Iran” appearing as a separate column.
5) Remove the phrase “Powered by Warp Theme Framework” from the bottom of the pages.
6) Adjust (widen) the main body column of the site to fix issues like images over running the background like in:

7) Detach paragraphs from one another in some recent pages or posts. Any new page or post I create has got the same problem! Examples of problem pages:

c. [login to view URL]
8) Fix this page: [login to view URL]
9) Create a favicon for the site and place it instead of WP.
10) Create and add a “LinkedIn” icon to the side social icons on the 3rd row.
How much would it cost me and how long it takes to complete this task?

I like your detailed project description and i think i have two questions.
1- "1) All headings should be the same size as heading 3 and bold." do you mean the title and the sidebar heading? why you want to reduce their size to be as heading 3 it's now 36px as heading 1.
2- For problem 7: Do you use an external editor then copy and past the content that result from removinf the P tag?
