Check for aweber cookie on my wordpress blog

I run a wordpress blog and I want to restric the access for visitors.
Visitors can read only the blogpost excerpts. If they want to read the full blogposts, they have to enter name and email adress into the aweber optin form.
After opting in, they have full access to all blogposts.
Warning: this has nothing to do with signing up or registering to the blog! I just want them to optin, thats it.
I expect a lean, simple solution that just checks for the aweber cookie. No need to fool arround with 7 plugins.
