Business Website with similar template JustinTimberlake.com

Hello, I have a client who would like a business entertainment website designed that is based on a template that looks very similar to [login to view URL] with a few small changes. The project will first include mimicking the entire site and navigation bar and pages with dummy photos and "Loren Ipsum" data. This will include all the tabs you currently see on [login to view URL] with similar special templates for "Songs "Photos" "Videos" "Tour & Events" and Store. Store can be similar to the site in that it can include a jQuery based plugin that simply include links to other stores (Visit the site to see what I mean) The blog can be split up in similar way to the site with main categories and then sub category "filters" (See the left side of any of the "Topic" subpages. After this is done the client will tell me the parts he'd like to change. There will be quite a few changes to the text but generally the templates will remain very similar. The client is particularly pressing about keeping an exact similar version of the "jQuery-like" side-banners to have the exact same look and functionality of this website. (There are two types, the one on the front-page that has text on the left side and a matching image on the right, and the other is the ones on the "Topics" subpages that have one main "Top Story" and 4 smaller stories for each "Topic" An appropriate milestone would be finishing creating the similar site with the dummy data and the final release of payment when all the changes are completed. The site will be hosted on my personal VPS that the freelancer will be given full root access to. If the client wishes I'm ok with making 2-3 smaller milestones. We can discuss that. The prototype with dummy data would need to be up no later than February 29th with the full website up and running no later than March 11, 2012. I'd like for the freelancer to have access to Skype, screensharing, a good internet connection (100kb+) , and a MICROPHONE to talk via audio when needed. I have a decent intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, Wordpress, and basic beginner knowledge of PHP and Java Script and jQuery so you will be working with someone who may be able to help answer your questions as we go along. However, I won't be able to answer every small question available so it is expected that you will be able to work as independently as possible. Also, pushing and nagging me to release any payments before I am 100% fully satisfied will result in me disputing the project and taking it somewhere else. I have ZERO tolerance for pushiness. I want to establish a good long lasting relationship and use this freelancer for future projects. I will have more information as the client sends me more information and makes more decisions. You are making a bid understanding that small portions of the requirements may change as the project moves forward and that you will be OK with that. You are bidding to finish this website until the client is 100% happy, no matter what that is.
