API & PAYMENT GATEWAY EXPERT NEEDED

All I am looking for is a developer who can implement the front store with resellerspanel API, as I will be using my own payment gateway for customers to make select preferred payment during checkout you should be able to integrate: 1. For our Bank Wire mode should work exactly like as on the order form below- select bank wire on link and checkout to see how next pages work. [login to view URL] the above link is the order form, this should work and function same way on our site, it currently has USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, we will like to add another currency which can be selected by customers. and should automatically workout the exchange rate or country rate. we want to mirror the website so that customers will be able to select the country and this will tally with the currency on display in the front store. And make few changes to the style of the template.
