I need a program to make and print banners.
The program would be made in delphi 4/5 or 7
It have a toolbar with the following functions
- Save a Banner
- Open a Banner
- Configure banner size heigth and width in CM
- Print banner
- Insert a text in banner, with the option to change font and size
- Insert a image that could be a bmp or jpg file.
- it should have a interface like a text editor with rules to show the banner scale in cm.
- I want to be possible move the text in the banner.
