auto enable/display toolbar after install

We've built an IE toolbar/BHO and need our installer to set the proper registry keys so that our users see it immediatly after installation/1st browser launch: Right now, they have to manually go to: View>Toolbars>OurToolbar After installation to enable/display the toolbar!! We need someone to give us very clear instructions regarding what registry keys need to be set via our installer so this manual step is not required!! We need these instructions for IE 6, IE7 and Firefox 2
