Database reference and assigned output

A database will be provided with entries each having a series of numerical traits.? The database will be used to act as a translational weighting system of a referenced input of the given entries and then displayed.? Once the database variables are given a weight and outcome, the information will be displayed.? Software architecture will be as follows, input material->input weights assigned->input referenced to database->inputs assigned outcome->input “streamed.??? The inputted weights should be changeable to allow testing as well as analysis transition to make a displayed output changeable.?
