We want to set up a Dot net nuke portal solution that will have a webshop. This will be phase 1 of this project. This will enable us to provide webshop functionallity to the users of our desktop software. We also need an automated syncronization mechanism between the store and our customers desktop software. We are looking for a long term relationship with the winning coder or company since this is only phase one of project 1, and there are still more projects to complete. We will require both graphic design and coding services for the next phases so please specify what services you are able to provide and the size and skills of your staff if you are representing a company. Design and coding can be purchased from different sources so being with a company is not a requirement. Previous experience with DotNetNuke is required. The requirements for this shop is attached in a word document. Good luck bidding. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
