Create setup for application for users without administrator rights

For an application I need a setup script that is able to install the program on a computer **by a user that has no administrator rights.** Currently I have a setup script for installing and a setup script for upgrading. The setup script is created with Inno setup ## Deliverables I want a setup for first time install and for updating. I want the script to be explained in English so? it is easy to understand when changes need to be made in the future. I would prefer to have a .msi setup so in large scale companies it is possible to do remote installations. The script for users with administrator rights must have at least the same functionality as the current script. The script for users without administrator rights may have less possibilities (because adminstrator rights are blocking some of those possiblities). The user should not be bothered with unnecessary questions because he or she has no administrator rights. Please inform me in your bid about the solution you can create for me.
